We are really sisters and we’ve always enjoyed working with fabric. And, I think you’ll find we’re really a lot like you.
Sandy’s sewing experience began in high school … you remember, when school was able to teach not only the three Rs, but some valuable life skills, too. Later, after her children were born, her mother-in-law sewed quite a bit and sewing pants and shirts became part of her life. Now, she’s in the store every day, helping to make quilting a part of other people’s lives.
Karen began with needlepoint and counted-cross-stitch. Two great hobbies, no doubt. Eventually, quilting caught her attention. Not just the activity, but everything about it … fabric, equipment and techniques. Now, even though Karen isn’t in the store all day, you will see her making samples and teaching classes.
